Who we are

Zanii ID is operated by Zanii. Contact: admin@zanii.agency. Your data is stored in the UAE region.

What we collect

Account details you provide (name, work email, company, role), the operators you enable, the third-party accounts you choose to connect (via OAuth — we store scoped access references and audit metadata, never plaintext credentials), and product usage needed to run the operators you turn on.

Why we collect it

To create and secure your Zanii ID, provision the operators you choose, connect them to the systems you authorize, bill you, and maintain the owner-held audit trail (Zanii Proof) of actions taken on your behalf.

Your data is never sold, never trains a shared model

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train any model shared with other customers. Operators act only within the scopes you grant, with a confirm-gate on sensitive actions.

Retention

We keep account and audit data for as long as your Zanii ID is active and as required by law. You can request export or deletion at any time.

Your rights (UAE PDPL)

You may access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data, withdraw consent, and object to certain processing. Email admin@zanii.agency and we will respond within the period required by law.

Security

Access is authenticated and row-level scoped to your identity. Connected-account credentials live in a secrets vault; this platform stores only references and audit metadata.

This platform assists with software operations; where a regulated step is involved (legal filing, financial or tax advice), a licensed professional completes it. Zanii ID does not replace licensed advice.
